Responsibilities: - Work with partners and other team members to develop effective tax planning methodologies and comprehensive compliance solutions for our clients.
- Become the in-house gift, estate and trust tax expert.
- Prepare and review complex gift, estate and trust tax returns.
- Manage appropriate number of client engagements (including and not limited to engagement staffing, product quality, timeliness, thoroughness and accuracy).
- Develop and maintain the status of a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Manage, coach and/or mentor less experienced team members on engagements.
- Minimal travel.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant.
- Minimum 4 years of tax experience with a local, regional or national CPA firm or in corporate tax, with an emphasis in gift, estate and trust tax return preparation and review.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Devotion to teamwork.
- Integrity is a must.

- Familiarity with the resources of the EBPAQC.
