Matt Bacon has been associated with Cotton + Allen since 1996. After leaving the firm in 2000, Matt worked as a controller for local, privately-held corporations in both the manufacturing and construction industries. During his time in industry, Matt served as the controller at a publicly-traded manufacturing firm and played a key role in the company's reorganization efforts, including transactions to relocate and consolidate manufacturing operations, and to take the company private. Matt rejoined Cotton + Allen in 2004, focusing on providing assurance services to the firm's manufacturing, distribution, and construction industry clients. His experience as a controller provides a unique perspective in addressing client needs and expectations. |
