Allen Priest was certified in 1985 and is licensed to practice in Kentucky.  He has been associated with Cotton + Allen and in the practice of public accounting since 1982.  He was admitted as an officer/shareholder of the firm in 1992.

Allen's focus is in the areas of real estate and employee benefits.  He performs management and technology consulting services, supervises audit fieldwork, and oversees preparation of reports and tax returns for these and other clients.  His experience in employee benefits includes auditing compliance and consulting for both single and multi-employer benefit plans.
