Gwen Tilton joined Cotton + Allen in 1986 and has been an officer of the firm since 1989. She was elected President of Cotton + Allen in July 2007. She previously chaired the firm's Tax Department and Litigation Consulting Group and is a member of the Executive and Compensation Committees. She has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, including a position with a national accounting firm, as well as serving as a tax specialist in industry.
